Senior Financial Analyst - Revenue -( Individual Contributor role) - (Contractor through Deel)

LOCATION: ARGENTINA / URUGUAY ( remote based)

Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance Team. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and excellent communication abilities. Experience forecasting Revenue is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans via both Excel & Google Sheets
  • Develop and maintain financial models for various projects
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis.
  • Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making.
  • Assist in the evaluation of potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Assist in the creation of Company Guidance Ranges
  • Develop and deliver a robust, consistent, and accurate analysis of market and regional-level business performance using KPI dashboards and non-financial data to highlight performance

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, or a similar role
  • Advanced Knowledge and Skills in both Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Experience creating and maintaining driver-based models
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis
  • Experience working with and summarizing large data sets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working with Netsuite, Adaptive, and Tableau preferred
