Your responsibilities:

• As a part of a Business Process Development Implementation team, the candidate will be responsible for supporting SAP rollout projects

• Close cooperation with the Group, Regional and Local Finance and the overall project team

• Responsible for overall delivery or work products, including preparation and obtaining sign-off from the relevant parties including (but not limited to) understanding of the current process : Cost Match, Accounts Payable, Intercomapny, Verification, Vendor Query Handling or Cash Management (preferred)

• mapping and documenting processes

• GAP analysis

• participation in meetings with internal and external partners and customers

• timely and high-quality preparation of instructions/maps/checklists/overviews/reports about the implemented processes and project progress

• maintaining close cooperation to respective DSV functions in terms of change management

• Applies Project Management in accordance with the Prince2 methodology, up-to-date DSV Project Model and applicable methodologies

• Implementation of the global Company Standard Process Model

• Complex, proactive and solution-driven professional stakeholder management as per need and project situation in various governance set-ups (mainly internal DSV stakeholders)

• Reporting responsibility to Project Manager (as part of Project Working Group) according to defined structures

• Actively participate in Process Review forums

• Maintaining close cooperation between BPD and ISSC Management to continually identify internal process improvement areas, and actively participate in cross-departmental synergies.

• MS Office knowledge, especially Excel

• ability to build and maintain business relationship on all organization levels

• ability to work under pressure and with many stakeholders across the organisation

• availability for business travels

• understanding of the current process : Cost Match, Accounts Payable, Intercomapny, Verification, Vendor Query Handling or Cash Management (preferably candidate from the area of Accounting Services)
