Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Guide the business reporting strategy, aligning it with the NEOM’s\ overall objectives. Lead initiatives to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the Neom Logistics reporting function, ensuring that all reports related to Neom Logistics Scope are accurate, comprehensive, and delivered on time.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and implement advanced reporting systems and dashboards (Tableau or Power BI Dashboards) to provide critical business insights. Analyze business performance, identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of business analysts and reporting specialists. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior management, department heads, and external stakeholders to ensure reporting aligns with NEOM business needs. Communicate key insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure all reporting processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements of NEOM standards. Maintain high standards of data quality and integrity.
  • Innovation: Identify and leverage new technologies and methodologies to enhance the business reporting landscape of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or relevant graduate degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a general management role with a strong focus on business reporting, financial analysis, or strategic planning.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive team performance.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of business reporting tools, analytica systems, and data visualization platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
