OBJECTIVES

• To ensure DSV Air Country RFQs are quoted correctly, ensuring positive margin, aiming to secure the business for DSV and timely submission to the Global Tender Management (GTM)

JOB DUTIES

• Ensure to handle country Airfreight RFQ from DSV Regional/GTM and lease with DSV Internal team (KAM, Operation and Procurement)
• Ensure timely and correct response to RFQs
• Analyzing of RFQs term, condition, requirement and included contribution cost and profit calculation
• Participate in meetings/joint calls with regional and countries to finalize pricing strategies for RFQs, account qualification
• Provide cost and carrier’s details to commercial or operation request for Global Account spot quotation
• Create and update RFQs report
• All relevant duties assigned by Superior

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of industry experience with Diploma / Bachelor Degree / Master Degree in Logistics, Freight Forwarding or related disciplines
• Basic knowledge in Logistics (Air and Inland)
• Good understanding in Air Freight operation
• Having a good understanding of business process both Export and Import for Air Freight
• English Fluency both in writing and speaking
• Computer Literacy (Strong working knowledge for MS office application and advanced knowledge of Excel)
• Able to multi-task, set priorities and meeting tight deadlines
• Detail oriented and excellent negotiation skills
