In this dynamic position, you are responsible for planning and following up on import groupage shipments. Your role is vital for coordinating transports and you have a keen eye for detail in administrative tasks. You make it happen.

How do you do this? By standing strong and being able to switch quickly. You perform various administrative tasks and are the go-to person for our customers and operations. You achieve this by:

• maintaining customer contacts, administratively processing incoming transports, and registering shipments with customers;
• preparing transport documents and managing documentation;
• creating assignments, compiling dossiers, and ensuring timely processing of these;
• resolving escalations, delays, or errors in the process. You work thoroughly, striving for the best possible solution for our customers;
• checking shipments, conducting floor check controls, cost registration, and adhering to guidelines.

You bring
• experience in transport and logistics is not required, as long as you have some experience in a customer-oriented role and the drive to learn. We will teach you all the ins and outs of the job;
• you are collegial, communicative, and a self-starter;
• proficiency in Dutch and English, and if you speak a bit of German, that's a plus!
• affinity with computer systems and the ability to quickly master new systems;
• respect for norms and values and a positive attitude in a team setting.
