About the position: As part of the EVP office team, you will contribute to the overall APAC strategy by working in close collaboration with the different countries/warehouses in Asia to monitor, support, improve their warehousing operational and financial performance.

• Monitor, advise, help the countries to improve the warehouse performance KPIs
• Provide support and work with warehouses managers on setting up plans to improve operational and performance metrics.
• Analyzing data to identify key issues in the warehouses
• Track progress, advise, support the loss making site in their improvement plan
• Implement the revenue leakage program across sites
• Ensure all operational controls are in place to ensure accurate financials
• Work on profitability / gross profit improvement
• Reinforce the usage of the standard DSV improvement/sigma tools
• Perform operational assessments, improvement, expertise
• Act as a change agent to accelerate the execution of improvement plan
• Contribute to enhancing the leadership of operational management
• Assist and support commercial in operational topics
• Participate in the CS back office rationalization
• Ensure timely submission of department reports.
• Ad hoc analysis or projects
• Temporary replacement of site managers when required
• Perform any other related duties as required.
