As a Senior Analyst, Consular you will:

  • Authenticating and legalizing original documents, as applicable

  • Collection of confidential original documents

  • Researching the requirements for legalization of documents in various jurisdictions

  • Researching the requirements for applying for visas in various jurisdictions

  • Submitting applications at various visa offices in Toronto

  • Preparing and sending out application packages

  • Ensuring all incoming calls are effectively managed

  • Interacting and communicating, by email, by phone and in-person with people from diverse populations including government officials and business leaders

  • Drafting submission and application forms

  • Coordinate multiple calendars and internal and external meetings using online tools such as Rendezvous, Zoom, Microsoft Teams

  • Preparing invoices, completing billing process, and resolve billing issues, if applicable.

  • Assisting operations teams with billing as required.

  • Updating the Firms case management system at every step of the process.

  • Co-ordinating with external vendors on various processes

Let’s talk if you have the following:

  • Minimum University Degree coupled with paralegal license preferred

  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in a similar role, working with various visa offices across Canada

  • Ability to interact and effectively communicate with all levels of internal staff and diverse external parties including but not limited to government officials

  • Judgment and discretion in handling sensitive data and highly confidential information/documentation

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

  • Initiative to find solutions and a problem-solving mindset.

  • A client service mindset, attention to detail and a desire to achieve a high level of productivity.

  • Desire to contribute to a positive work environment.

We work in a hybrid model with a minimum requirement of 2 days and have the flexibility to meet client needs if more days are required.
