Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Service Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling various solar energy add-ons and services, including battery add-ons, solar detach and resets, inverter replacements, and EV charger installations. You will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and Target Prospective Customers: Utilize various methods (cold calling, networking, referrals) to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct comprehensive sales presentations to educate customers on the benefits of our solar panel add-ons and services.
  • Customized Solutions: Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solar energy solutions, ensuring alignment with their energy needs and budget.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Goals: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of Photon Brothers.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to effectively position Photon Brothers' offerings.
  • Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-up with potential and existing customers, providing exceptional post-sale support and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar energy or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of solar energy systems and components.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to explain technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
