Summary:

Member of a team responsible for the handling, recording, and retention of over 260,000 thousand documents a year in support of the Accounts Payable services for all ITT North American units.

Essential Responsibilities

Responsible for the management and delivery of services relating to Accounts Payable for all units served.

Includes the following:

  • SAP Experience a plus
  • Use on-line tools for Invoice Processing
  • Recognizing when required data is not available, and then reroute the transaction per the processing guidelines.
  • Interact with various personnel to obtain required information in order to process a transaction.
  • Perform various audit and verification processes per the processing guidelines
  • Assist Manager, Team Lead and Department in identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Perform other duties/special projects as requested

Position Requirements

Education: AAS, AS, BS Degree in Business Administration and/or related field

Experience: 1-5 years experience in Accounts Payable and/or Customer Service; SAP experience a plus; dependable

Other Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

Considerable skills in customer service, communication problem solving, team building, and consensus abilities. Self starter, highly motivation individual with the ability to multi-task; dependable attendance; experience with SAP applications a plus.

Beginner – Initial experience/training with multiple functions within the team; ability to adapt to procedures with guidance; lean process oriented; dependable member of the team.

Transitional – Experience and trained with several functions within the department; ability to follow procedures with minimal error rate; lean process oriented and motivated; dependable member of the team with attendance and support; able to work independently with minimal guidance

Proficient – Experience and trained with all functions within the department; displays and executes leadership skills; ability to follow and create procedures, minimal to non-existing error rate; ability to follow though and correct errors as they may occur; lean process oriented and actively involved in implementation; dependable member of the team with attendance and support; able to work independently; able to complete all tasks within the allotted time and direction.

The salary offered to a candidate is based several factors such as candidate experience and qualifications, location, as well as market and business considerations.

Equal Pay Act Range

Annual Salary Range $39,500 to $58,700 plus benefits and incentive plans
