DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Participate in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle including Requirement gathering, Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and Implementation. Involved in designing, developing, and maintaining multiple restful services APIs using micro service architecture. Develop and maintain terraform component to provision and maintain multiple AWS services. Involved in developing and maintaining applications in AWS/ GAP environments. Create JPA components for connecting to the Data Layer for all the database connections activities. Design and develop a custom, single-page, responsive web application on front end. Perform code reviews for all the deliverables which includes design documentation and code deliverables for different front end and backend application changes. Create dashboards for error monitoring and alerting. Facilitate root cause analysis of system issues to minimize impact and future occurrences. Collaborate with quality assurance team in creation of their test plans, participate in reviews, and help Quality Assurance team to determine system problems. Conduct Proof of Concepts to validate the feasibility, functionality and business value of the technical solutions. Evaluate impact of software performance and recommend changes to software design team. Support configuration management team for test, pre-production and production deployment plan reviews, production implementation & post-production issues analysis. Provide the L3 support for the applications and work with support team to resolve production issues. Ensure the successful transition from development to operations including operations procedures and tools such as process control points, reports and automated monitoring.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field of study plus 5 (Five) years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Technical Lead, IT Consultant, or related occupation.
