Job Description

Join our Corporate Tax department at JP Morgan Chase. This role offers you the opportunity to join a dynamic global team to support transfer pricing initiatives.

As a Transfer Pricing Vice President in the Corporate Tax department you will provide transfer pricing advice and be responsible for transfer pricing compliance and reporting obligations of the bank across numerous lines of business. You will report to the Global Head of Transfer Pricing, working closely with other members of the transfer pricing team, business front office and other functional partners.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of JPMC’s transfer pricing policies for its numerous lines of business in the US and Globally
  • Manage preparation and maintenance of JPMC’s global transfer pricing documentation along with other members of the transfer pricing team
  • Support the development, negotiation, and reporting requirements of APAs and MAPs in globally
  • Support global transfer pricing colleagues in building and reviewing comprehensive financial models that support transfer pricing analysis
  • Support tax compliance and audit teams in the US on transfer pricing matters
  • Directly liaise and partner with various business and finance teams and with other members of the global tax department to independently drive large-scale projects
  • Manage and work with outside advisers

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

  • 6+ years of experience with transfer pricing matters affecting major multinational companies, preferably in the financial services sector
  • Strong oral and written communication skills as well as excellent analytical skills
  • Previous experience working with cross functional groups in a high-speed environment and leading group-based projects from inception through execution, including through the tax reporting and compliance process
  • Strong organizational, leadership, people management and project management skills

  • Degree in Accounting, Math, Law, Finance and/or Economics preferred
