Job summary:

As a Trade Lifecycle Analyst within our Markets Operations team, you will be a key point of contact responsible to support the broker dealer in satisfying the regulatory obligation to deliver various client documents accurately, completely and on a timely basis. This role enables you to gain subject matter expertise in managing end-to-end process oversight, issue management, and leveraging automation tools to deliver operational efficiencies. In this capacity, you will develop partnerships with key stakeholders across the lines of business we serve as well as internal and external support contact. Job responsibilities:

  • Support and drive operational sustainability and process improvement efforts.
  • Responsible for process oversight, issue detection/remediation
  • Ensure transparency and awareness of identified issues amongst key stakeholders.
  • Responsibilities span multiple processing platforms and require proactive engagement with key internal and external stakeholders including cross-impacted lines of business, functional disciplines (e.g., compliance, legal, control, technology), vendor support groups and senior management.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 3+ year Securities Industry Operations exposure
  • Experience working in middle/back-office operations environments and supporting client-centered organizations.
  • Self-motivated individual who takes ownership of tasks and demonstrates initiative and takes ownership for resolving issues.
  • Attentiveness to detail and exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to achieve positive impacts and results through people, communication, influence, and collaborative interactions.
  • Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office as well as data analysis & visualization tools (e.g., VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, Macros, Alteryx, Tableau etc.)
  • Role requires adherence to firm mandated office presence standards.
