Job summary:

J.P. Morgan is seeking talented candidates for an Associate position for India TS Product team.

As an Associate in the India TS Product team at J.P. Morgan, you will be instrumental in assisting the India Product managers across the entire TS Product suite. This includes Cash Management, Cross Border Remittances & Liquidity product suite for JPM India’s corporate clients across various market segments. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the financial solutions for large local corporates, subsidiaries of Multinational Corporate relationships across the globe, and Non-Banking Financial Institutions (NBFI).

Job responsibilities:

• Work closely with local Product Managers to draft Business requirements, User stories and perform end-to-end product testing prior to the launch. Work closely with Local and Regional Product, Service, Operations and Technology teams in planning and executing client migration strategy for Payments Modernization and Data localization projects.
• Support Product Managers in managing deposits portfolio and product pricing. Work on commercialization decks for product launches / enhancements, product uptake and penetration tracking
• Be proactive in supporting preparation of detailed product process notes, client facing material, FAQs, guides, setup forms, etc., for new products including solutions for new economy /eCommerce clients
• Work with Product managers to track regulatory deliverables and provide updates to control/compliance teams
• Track business drivers & Revenues and work on presentation decks showcasing capability/roadmap/vision for Senior Management
• Be responsible for monthly tracking of Product governance related parameters and reporting to Payments India Head
• Be responsible for keeping the Capability/RFP databases/Website contents current
• Liaise with Legal team to design/modify client Agreements
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners/stakeholders for Build & Commercialization of TS products
• Support the end-to-end delivery of key projects in the Payments domain such as Real Time Payments (IMPS/UPI)
• Manage and support existing products and solutions which are at different stages across the Product life cycle. This includes ongoing risk and regulatory compliance, governance, revenue management and commercialization
