Job Description

This role provides an opportunity to work with a wide range of stakeholders and support a flawless execution of the JPMorgan SE Outsourcing Forum. Continuous review and improvement of our process is one key focus, and you can be a key contributor in this regard!

As an Outsourcing Governance Specialist within the JPMorgan SE Outsourcing Governance & Oversight team, you will support and lead process and improvements to Outsourcing framework, enhance the overall control environment and work proactively to mitigate risk through effective governance. You will primarily execute activities related to materials and documentation for the JPMorgan SE Outsourcing Forum (JPMSE OF).

Job responsibilities

  • Organize and presenting material in the JPMSE OF
  • Analyze, consolidate and support production of reports on trends/metrics/data suitable for consumption at varying seniority levels
  • Support the preparation of the JPMSE OF documentation materials
  • Provide guidance as a Subject Matter Expert on all outsourcing-related queries
  • Assist with the management of outsourced services, including performance monitoring, risk assessment, and issue management
  • Contribute actively to Continuous Improvement projects with a focus on operational readiness and efficiency improvements
  • Produce regular reports on outsourcing-related metrics and provide insights and recommendations to management
  • Build positive relationships through on-time delivery of commitments and ensure effective communication with stakeholders
  • Support audit RFI (request for information) and sample testing
  • Manage the shared mailbox in timely manner to provide stakeholders with added value response to their queries
  • Prepare and delivering outsourcing trainings as per assigned focus topics

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong desire for learning, personal growth and undertaking responsibility
  • Proactive approach to problem solving, taking end-to-end ownership of issues and having the determination to follow things through
  • Tech savvy and proficient in MS Excel with advanced knowledge of MS PowerPoint
  • Aptitude to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with competing priorities
  • Agile approach to identifying solutions and proposing improvements
  • Ability to gain commitment among stakeholders and drive initiatives to completion effectively and independently
  • Capability to both provide and receive constructive peer feedback
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English language is required

Preferred qualifications, capabilities , and skills

  • Experience in financial services or related industries
  • Practical knowledge of Automation Tools such as Alteryx and Tableau or a willingness to learn
  • German language knowledge is an advantage
  • Good analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
