As a Title Process Manager- Vice President, in the Consumer & Community Bank, you will be responsible for providing a vital support to our area of the business and can come in a variety of ways from dealer / DMV outreach, email communication, internal department research, management presentations, etc. We also work with legal and compliance as needed to ensure critical communications are drafted appropriately. We are a strong support to various areas of the business and our work impacts that variety that includes Dealer Vault, Reserve, Administration, Servicing, Collections, etc.

Job responsibilities

  • Provide support across Dealer Practices, Sales, in the review of current unperfected lien portfolios.
  • Perform root cause analysis as it relates to reasons behind unperfected titles in assigned dealer base.
  • Remain aware of environment changes that may impact the ability of our dealers to complete their title transactions (IE, state specific issues, etc.)
  • Ensure titling information contained in the toolkits remains up to date through engagement in the evergreen process
  • Communicate any changes to internal processes to impacted business partners and ensure any needed training is set up or considered for DRMs and other impacted staff
  • Maintain open communication and work with other areas of the business (Dealer Vault, Reserve, Administration, Servicing, Collections, etc.) as needed

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Automotive business and industry knowledge
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to partner with Internal and external clients and or contacts and strong partnership and team building skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and demonstrate proactive approach towards problem solving
  • Proven ability to work within tight deadlines and in a demanding environment with attention to detail
