Communicate accounting and audit issues to clients. Understand and utilize KPMG LLP's audit methodology. Identify performance improvement opportunities for assigned clients.
WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following: U.S. GAAP or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS); Researching technical accounting issues; Communicating accounting and audit issues; Utilizing Excel for sorting data using pivot tables and writing VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP formulas; and Documenting audit procedures performed.
Travel to various locations throughout the U.S. up to 5% is required.
