KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Facilities/Workplace Experience to join our Office Experience team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all facilities and building operations for the NY office
- Develop and implement maintenance programs, as well as manage the facilities budget, identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize facility operations
- Coordinate and oversee relationships with external service providers, such as maintenance contractors, janitorial services, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards, and coordinate office moves, renovations, and reconfigurations as required
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance staff, custodians, and other facility personnel
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility operations, including maintenance logs, safety inspections, and equipment inventories
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of recent experience, preferably in a professional services environment
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or relevant work experience
- Strong people leader; inclusive, approachable and team oriented, building, leading and mentoring teams in a positive environment
- Able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high-performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
- Solid verbal/written communication, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority
- Ability to multitask and resolve multiple requests simultaneously
