KPMG is currently seeking an Office Experience Specialist to join our Administrative and Office Experience (AOE) organization.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and fulfilling operational support requirements and contribute to the goals impacting the specific area(s) of functional responsibility
- Coordinate with local and next level Office Experience leadership to support the local priorities, leverage resources and perform tasks; collaborate and engage with clients to further strengthen client relationships
- Support the delegation of tasks, and guidance in executing work team goals and objectives; oversee the status, quality readiness of work products/projects and informs appropriate decision makers
- Work with colleagues, both within and outside of Office Experience, to respond to customer needs, deliverables, and timelines; may participate in the development and implementation of local office initiatives such as space planning, living green, crisis management, and more; may provide peer guidance, training and collaborate with others on work activities
- Perform other duties and responsibilities at the direction of the designated local or regional Office Experience leader
- Build positive client relationships and provide superior on-site AV support for meetings or events scheduled; ensure audio visual specifications are available and functioning
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of recent experience in office administration and/or combined applicable customer services experience; preferably within a professional services environment
- High School or equivalent degree from an accredited college or university required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to interact with various levels of staff and work in a team environment
- Ability to lift up to thirty pounds
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
