Responsibilities:Provideguidance on M&A transactions, including target identification, duediligence, valuation, deal structuring, and integration planning. Developfinancial models and perform quantitative analysis to evaluate the impact ofstrategic initiatives, including revenue and expenses planning, cost-benefitanalysis, and Returns on Investments (ROIs). Support clients in divesting non-coreassets and business units, including strategic assessments, separationplanning, and transaction execution. Participate in financial duediligence, accounting advisory services, transition tax, financial management,enterprise systems, risk consulting, and treasury services. Contribute toM&A deal lifecycle from pre-signing to post-close.


WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F(9:00am – 5:00pm)

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor'sdegree in Accounting or a related field plus seven (7) years of experience inthe offered position or a related occupation. Alternatively, employer willaccept a master's degree plus three (3) years of experience. Three (3)years of experience must include: Record-to-Report;Order-to-Cash; Procure-to-Pay; cash position forecasting; liquidity planning;cash flow analysis; Transfer Pricing; Charts of Accounts; Day 1 Readiness; andM&A transactions.

TRAVELREQUIREMENT: Upto 25% travel to various domestic locations per business need.
