KPMG is currently seeking a GMSTax Senior Associate - Business Analyst/Project Manager to join our Global Mobility Services (GMS) practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in interviewingclients to understand their business needs, to create clear, concise, andcomplete business and functional requirements; organize information based ondocumentation analysis and interviews with clients, including a thoroughunderstanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate theminto software and operational requirements
  • Prepare documentation,presentations, charts, tables, and diagrams; conduct reviews for project scope,business justification, and requirements deliverables including use cases,prototypes, and business rules; create project management artifacts such asstatus reports, project plans, project timelines and financial reporting
  • Create client specific solutionsleveraging our workflow tools and JSON configuration in our technology platform
  • Review test plans and scenarios tohelp ensure an accurate, effective product and validate output/solutions,identifying and documenting system deficiencies
  • Document and track the status ofclient inquiries, enhancement requests, estimates, change requests; reviewdefects to confirm severity and clarify issues based on priority and details ofbusiness requirements
  • Deliver and manage projects totime and cost; exhibit personal accountability to prioritize work to meetmilestones and complete deliverables throughout project lifecycle; manage theday-to-day interactions with clients, senior management, project staff andstakeholders to facilitate system implementation and support the maintenance ofour tools

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of recentexperience working with data and/or software development teams
  • Bachelor's degree from anaccredited college/university, CBAP or PMP certification preferred
  • Knowledge of system design anduser experience, understanding of technology project planning; basic softwaredevelopment knowledge, strong commitment to customer service
  • Demonstrated capabilitymulti-tasking and time management
  • Ability to collaborate in avirtual team environment, international experience a plus
  • Excellent written and verbalcommunications skills and strong quantitative and analytic skills
