KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Office Experience to join our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the New York local practice leaders, and their respective support teams
- Guide the Office Experience (OE) team's daily operational responsibilities, work alongside them as needed, with an emphasis on customer service responsiveness and excellence
- Apply a future forward mindset as Performance Management Lead (PML) in coaching team members to grow and progress in their career development
- Recommend fiscally sound initiatives and ongoing maintenance of the New York facility
- Schedule and plan large-scale meetings and receptions, collaborate with meeting organizers to accommodate KPMG partners and professionals, to ensure all employees and visitors to the New York have a positive, efficient, and safe experience
Qualifications:
- Minimum three years of recent experience in people management and office operations including leadership of leaders, and Executive C level support preferably in a professional services or similar environment
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or relevant experience
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and practice leaders; capacity to influence key stakeholders and drive strategic priorities
- Ability to work in our New York office five days per week and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Strong knowledge of construction and space planning; advanced project management, financial management, people management, customer service skills
- Advanced leadership, organizational, people management, analytical and communication skills
