KPMG is currently seeking a Lead Specialist I, IT Service Management to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a remote work opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire incident management process, from detection to resolution, including major incident response
- Record all incidents and maintain documentation for all outages, including conducting post incident reviews with resolving groups
- Ensure the appropriate communications are sent to Information Technology (IT) and business leadership, keeping them advised of the incident and business impact
- Work closely with IT teams, security personnel, and upper management
- Participate in regular assessments of processes to ensure they are well-documented, sustainable, and scalable
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of recent experience supporting various infrastructure stacks, such as application, hypervisor, compute, storage, networking supporting, multiple business applications and IT service management
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
- Experience working with ServiceNow in a 24x7 IT operations environment
- Knowledge of Incident Management processes, Business Continuity, Data Breach Management
- Demonstrated experience with Incident and Event Management tools
- Excellent communication skills, must be experienced in providing verbal as well as written communication and collaboration with all levels of the organization
