The Branch Administrative Manager, for Linsco is part of LPL’s Field Management team. Field Management provides end-to-end leadership support to advisors and staff through managing personnel, practices, and properties to drive outsized growth and satisfaction. As part of the Field Management team, you will have the opportunity to directly live out LPL’s mission: We take care of our advisors, so they can take care of their clients.


As Branch Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for leading branch office support staff for Boenning & Scattergood and within the Northeast region. Your responsibilities include, direct management of client service associates, and all other branch-based support staff, as well as coordination of support delivered by LPL’s service and operations teams to financial advisors within your region.


Strong knowledge and breadth of experience in financial services with background across both W2 and 1099 advisor models will help this candidate initiate and execute program initiatives. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a strong branch operations background and proven ability to lead work efforts across multiple internal organizations.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage branch office support staff, which includes, but is not limited to, compensation and performance management, time management and capacity planning, goal setting, career development, etc.
  • Foster a culture of coaching, learning and development with a strong emphasis on skills and behaviors that contribute to advisor satisfaction
  • Contribute to the development of the branch office support staff hiring strategy which aims to successfully identify, attract, onboard and retain top talent
  • Act as liaison between advisors and LPL service and operations; advocate for advisor and client needs, and supporting case managers dedicated to resolving complex and high priority issues
  • Help to identify and implement program improvements informed by advisor and staff feedback

Requirements:

  • Experience (3+ years) in the financial services and/or wealth management industry
  • FINRA Series 7/66 (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated experience in effectively leading and managing teams to achieve strategic goals and objectives, mentoring team members and providing guidance and support to ensure productivity and professional development
  • Strong customer focus, excellent verbal and written communication skills and extremely organized
  • Experience working with Financial Advisors, Branch and Home Office support teams
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning skills and relationship management skills
  • Proven ability to independently and efficiently manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to establish productive relationships and interact effectively with business partners at all levels
  • Strong ability to empower and motivate employees through ambiguity and organizational change


Preferences:
• FINRA Series 9/10 or 24
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field


Pay Range:

$84,400-$126,600/year


Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
