Job Overview:

The Senior Analyst must be an analytical, highly motivated problem-solver who is able to move fluidly between details while staying attuned to the macro vision of the Institution Client Success (ICS) Team. The primary responsibilities of this role will revolve around business management support for our Success Manager Team, and will include data analysis, project management, and business operations functions. Cross functional collaboration between the various ICS stakeholders is key. In addition, this role will contribute to time-sensitive and ad-hoc projects and provide support to the Chief of Staff Office of the Executive Vice President.

Responsibilities:

  • Track and analyze institution and contract renewal data; provide business insights and trend analysis

  • Manage special projects such as process improvements, data analysis/compilation, presentations, report building, etc.

  • Drive cross-functional change efforts throughout ICS on behalf of the VP and Chief of Staff

  • Build and execute project plans that streamline coordination between firm stakeholders and serve as inputs into institution technology and software implementations

  • collaborate with IT partners on various implementations for institution clients

  • Develop materials and power point presentations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred

  • 2+ years’ experience in data analysis and project management

  • Proficient in MS Excel and Power Point

  • Project management experience

Preferences:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to effectively interface with all levels of the organization

  • Strong attention to detail

Pay Range:

$70,000.00 - $116,700.00


Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
