Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Internship Director at Northwestern Mutual in West Des Moines. The Internship Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing the internship program, including recruiting and mentoring interns, developing leaders through the program, and driving accountability of intern productivity. The Director will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with colleges and universities to attract top talent for the internship program.

• Experience in managing and coordinating internship programs
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to recruit, train, and mentor interns
• Experience in working with colleges and universities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
