Offit Kurman is seeking an estates and trusts paralegal to join its New York City office. The paralegal will assist attorneys with a variety of duties related to a broad and sophisticated trusts and estates practice.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Drafting, preparing, and filing various forms and documents, including power of attorney, wills, and corporate financial reports.
• Facilitating trusts administrations.
• Meeting and communicating with clients regularly.

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum of four years of experience in an estates paralegal role.
• Knowledge of estate and gift tax returns.
• Exposure to estate litigation.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
