  • Manage the team to assist clients in resolving issues and complaints concerning purchased products
  • Manage warranty team and warranty activities inside Asia-Pacific Market
  • Yearly build up, manage/monitor warranty budget
  • Handling weekly, monthly meetings with Market to collect information, update pending issues and align action together
  • Visit the Dealers/ Importers to resolve technical problems or check and analyze the problem in depth
  • Work with Customer Service team to handle the hotline cases from Market: analysis data, define and arrange necessary actions in order to:
  • Provide best service, solution to Customer
  • Full understanding what happen in the Market (in term of technical)
  • Well communicate with Quality or R&D about the technical issues on the Market: searching root cause, defining solution, defining necessary actions toward Market (if specific action to used bikes, such technical update, campaign, or any promotion action)
  • From the result of working internally inside factory, to summarize, feedback, guide/ instruct to Market the standard procedure to manage technical cases.
