What can you expect from us?
As a Pattern Maker, you are responsible for creating patterns for motorcycle clothing. Your primary role is to develop patterns that serve as the foundation for made-to-measure suits for our customers, both for athletes as well as for recreational motorcyclists.
In this role, you become part of the Vircos team, which is a part of REV’IT!. A dynamic work environment with the opportunity to collaborate on projects that combine technology and craftsmanship.
What does this mean in practice?
This position mainly involves technical craftsmanship and a genuine interest in the world of racing. Generally speaking, your job will entail the following:
- You’ll be responsible for developing patterns for custom motorcycle apparel making use of CAD Gerber software.
- You’ll collaborate with the design team to make sure that you design and develop the best products for our customers.

You’ll be traveling to motorcycle races during the weekend for the execution of your expertise.

You’ll immerse yourself in the latest trends in techniques and materials, and naturally apply these to your work.
This is a full-time position. You’ll report to the Managing Director of Vircos.
Are you our ideal candidate?
You will become part of our Pattern Making team. We expect you to have the following qualifications:

You have experience in a similar position or a strong interest in pattern making.

You have knowledge of patterns, fits, sizes, and other technical aspects of the of (motorcycle) clothing and/or outerwear world.

You can work well alone or as part of a team.

You have an eye for the smallest detail but maintain a grasp on the bigger picture.

You are willing to travel during the weekends within the national territory.

You are living close by and can work out of our office in Sandrigo, (Vicenza, Italy).
