Job Description

Your opportunity

As Store Planner at Ginori 1735, you'll occupy a pivotal position within a dynamic team, contributing to the brand's growth momentum and internationalization. Based on Ginori’s HQ and reporting directly to Ginori's Business Development Director, you will enjoy a unique opportunity to shape and lead the successful execution of Ginori Store, Pop-Up and other strategic projects. In this role, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring that these projects are not only completed on time and within budget but also that they align with the brand's guidelines and vision.

Your contributions will go beyond traditional project management; you'll have the opportunity to infuse your creativity and design sensibility into each project. As Store Planner at Ginori 1735, you will have the opportunity to be entrepreneurial, making your mark while simultaneously engaging in intensive collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders to define the right course of action that will propel the brand into the future.

In a fast-paced environment, amid the pursuit of brand internationalization, you will play a key role in defining the new dimension of Store Planning within Ginori. Your strategic vision, ability to identify opportunities and risks, and innovative approaches will be crucial in bringing the brand's vision to life.

How you will contribute

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the physical representation of our brand and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your contributions will include:

  • Project Leadership: You will take charge of the entire project lifecycle, from initial feasibility assessments to the final delivery. This involves developing comprehensive project design proposals, including layout, structural studies, lighting and flooring designs, material selections, and mock-ups. Your guidance and expertise will be essential in translating our brand vision into tangible, aesthetically pleasing, and functional space also working with external vendors and architectural studios. These external collaborators will work with you to refine and develop the concept for each project. A collaborative and team-oriented approach is crucial to guarantee that the brand's vision and guidelines are upheld throughout the entirety of each project.
  • Design Excellence: Your role involves co-creating detailed 2D & 3D models and design sets together with architectural studios that encapsulate the essence of Ginori 1735. You'll infuse your creativity and design sensibility into every aspect of our retail spaces, ensuring they reflect our commitment to luxury and craftsmanship.
  • Financial Stewardship: Monitoring and controlling budgets are integral to your responsibilities. You'll be tasked with managing estimated costs and actual expenses, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and within established financial boundaries, collaborating with Finance.
  • Documentation and Progress: You will work diligently to ensure the timely development of necessary documents for each design project. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will keep projects on track and facilitate seamless collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Quality is paramount in our industry. You'll be responsible for supervising construction sites, ensuring that they align with our quality standards and vision. This will include actively participating in final project inspections and follow-ups on maintenance to guarantee that our brand's essence is faithfully represented in the finished spaces.


Who you are:

  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position within the Retail and Luxury sector;
  • Excellent knowledge of Autocad, Adobre Creative Suite, SketchUp, and overall rendering programs;
  • Excellent understanding of the Retail industry;
  • Proficient in construction and monitoring of international construction site management;
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Strong skills in spatial design, proportions, and dimensions;
  • Exceptional teamwork and adaptability;
  • Willing to travel 50%;
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
