What Awaits You, What Will Be Your Responsibilities?

  • Identify and target potential clients in various industries that require logistics services.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing timely solutions.
  • Collaborate with operation team to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed client expectations.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to understand client requirements and propose customized logistics solutions.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and close deals effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, functions to promote our services and expand professional connections.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to engage with potential clients and industry stakeholders to generate leads and foster partnerships.
  • Reporting all sales activities in CRM system

What Will Be The Qualifications We Expect From You?

  • Bachelor Degree (Preferably Logistics)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in import/export sales & marketing, in a freight forwarding or logistics company
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations, supply chain management, and related services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Office programs user experience.
  • Having a customer portfolio on the sea export and air cargo side
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
