We are looking for a passionate Visual Merchandiser to join our HQ Global Marketing Team!

Reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager, the candidate will support the visual merchandising and retail marketing strategy.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and maintain visual merchandising guidelines through IWD tool (VM platform), updating it per campaign
• Monitor the VM kpis, and improve the effectiveness of shop layouts through VM analysis with the objective to bring business insights.
• Guarantee Visual Excellence and consistency in product display across all regions, suggest strategies and local adaptations based on market needs. (execution perimeter EMEA, coordination of the other countries) in line with the Brand and Marketing campaign’s priority being aware of the Store's business needs
• Check and oversee the photo reports received from retail/teams and share feedback and best practices in order to improve
• Keep the “store mapping tool” updated and coordinating across different countries
• Monitor the status of the Visual merchandising through regular store visits and reporting, to ensure that image standards and guidelines are correctly implemented.
• Proactively propose product and displays inspirations from competitors and other retailers that may be relevant for the brand
• Collaborate with the construction and retail team in the definition of the layout and retro planning of new openings etc.
• Monitor forecast/stock of the displays to ensure the replenishment with Purchasing department/backoffice/Retail operations

The Ideal Candidate:

• 2-3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising
• A degree in Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or a related field
• Possesses a commercial mindset
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Demonstrates creativity
• Analytical and passionate about products
• Previous experience collaborating with external agencies
• International perspective with fluency in English
• Proficient in Excel
• Proactive, adaptable, collaborative, organized, and precise
