We are looking for a Senior Demand Planner EMEA who will be based in Planning team based in Milan with 5 years of experience in Demand planning role for a multichannel/international company Demand planning position.

In this role, you will directly report to the Group Demand Planning Manager and being focus on EMEA country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate Demand Forecast: Playing crucial role on working on accurate future demand accurately predicting future demand. Developing new statistical models and what if analysis using Demand planning applications
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to understand demand forecasting drivers and sales trend.
  • Reporting & KPI Monitoring: support with Accurate and complete reports to monitor forecast and inventory measurements for management and leading decisions (forecast accuracy, inventory plan vs. targets).
  • Stock Planning management: Monitors inventory levels’ warehouses to ensure supply meets demand. support strategies on existing items, new products, and product discontinuations.
  • Trend Analysis: Identifies and reports inventory trends and slow-moving items correctly linked with a logic of phase-in/phase-out catalogue.
  • Software Utilization: Uses software to track demand and document inventory characteristics.
  • Planning along > 300 skus on two main catalogues

The ideal candidate:

  • Experience: 5 years of experience as a Demand Planner or in related roles.
  • Knowledge: Good understanding of forecasting models, data analysis, and product lifecycle trends.
  • Software: already Experienced demand planning software and ERP systems. (Office, Microsoft D365, Business intelligence, etc...)
  • Calendar Workflow: already Experienced a S&OP Calendar thru the month with well-defined task.

To be a successful Demand Planner, you should have this set of soft skills:

  • Analytical Capabilities: Demand planning requires analytical prowess. You will need to interpret complex data, recognize patterns, and extract actionable insights.
  • Technical Proficiency: As advanced software and AI-driven tools become integral to the forecasting process.
  • Business Discernment and Judgment: A Demand Planner must possess strong ability to provide data-driven decision
  • Collaboration and Communication: Demand Planners work across different organizational functions beyond the supply chain having good leaders' skill.
  • Lead processes across function ensuring to accomplish task and projects.
