The Position

What You’ll Do

  • Work on high-profile national client service team for a large, sophisticated logistics company
  • Assist with the execution of a national mediation program.
  • Contact outside sources (government agencies, etc.) to obtain public information and review and analyze the same.
  • Search and retrieve information from court-related databases as well as other online sources of case information.
  • Collaborate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external parties.
  • Handle client documents, including electronic data, ensuring all potentially relevant documents are identified and managed.
  • Maintain and organize evidentiary data and case-related information in line with top-tier records management practices.

What We’re Looking For

  • A bachelor’s degree is required; a BA in Paralegal Studies or a Paralegal Certificate is a plus.
  • 3+ years litigation paralegal experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • A commitment to professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite and document management systems.
  • Must be able to multitask and successfully manage a variety of demands daily.
  • Must be able to work independently and be proactive.
